1. What’s the best thing about being a personal trainer?
The best thing about being a Personal Trainer is being able to help and guide clients in achieving their goals in fitness, building confidence through strength training and changing habits to support a healthier lifestyle.
2. Which fitness goal is your favourite? Why?
I’m a numbers girl, so strength-based goals are my favourite. Both for myself and my clients. Seeing clients get stronger in any lift reminds me of why I love being a Coach. It’s a great feeling of achievement, seeing them progress, they feel motivated to keep going and their confidence is radiating!
3. What do your clients say about you?
Not sure, I’m hoping all good things!
Our coaches are humble that's for sure, but we hear our clients say they love training with Anna, she makes them feel strong and capable of doing hard things.
4. How do you stay motivated?
I focus my energy on strengthening my self discipline and willpower. Having a routine, making plans and following through with them. Knowing how I feel after a training session is enough to keep me wanting more.
5. What would you say to someone thinking about joining the Strength Agenda?
Look no further, The Strength Agenda is a community and an absolute vibe!! We have an amazing team of Coaches, who can help you reach your goals and share your fitness journey with you. Our members are all so encouraging of each other, we celebrate all the wins together and have lots of fun doing so.
6. Something people would be surprised to know about you?
My fitness journey started when I was 3 years old. Dance, Gymnastics, Acrobatics, Sports Aerobics and Little Athletics were my favourite sports growing up.
I competed Regional and State for many years and enjoyed every moment of it.
