1. What’s the best thing about being a personal trainer?
The ability to share my knowledge for human movement & implement suitable training methods in a relaxed yet results-driven environment.
2. Which fitness goal is your favourite?
Sport specific goals are always my favourite as this is my speciality through my studies and ability to work with emerging athletes during their school years.
3. What do your clients say about you?
No idea. Hopefully all positives :)
James client's say that he's a quiet motivator, who keeps them on track and meeting their health and fitness goals.
4. How do you stay motivated?
Seeing people gain results and find enjoyment as they push through barriers when training.
5. What would you say to someone thinking about joining the Strength Agenda?
It’s an extremely welcoming gym studio that caters for all abilities with high quality trainers varying specialties. This is what makes it the perfect place for clients of all ages & abilities to walk through that sliding door :).
6. Something people would be surprised to know about you?
That I’m ambidextrous. I write with my right hand although play most sports left-handed/ footed.

Cert III & Cert IV Personal training.
Bachelor of Health Science Degree (PDHPE).
Masters in Teaching Degree K-12 PDHPE
