1. What’s the best thing about being a personal trainer?
When I hear clients say
‘Thank you, you have helped me get fitter, stronger, and healthier. I can now do things I haven’t been able to do in years!’
2. Which fitness goal is your favourite?
Helping people get their fitness and wellness mindset back through mobility and strength training so they feel more confident and have more energy.
My training plans focus on lifestyle and creating healthier habits, where nothing is bad for you, but if you commit to consistency you get results.
3. What do your clients say about you?
My clients often tell me, we love that you’re real. That you believe everything is ok in moderation and are flexible around my lifestyle.
4. How do you stay motivated?
Training is part of my daily routine, a bit like brushing my teeth. It’s not something I think about, but something I do.
A favourite quote on motivation is ‘Motivation gets you started, but how you feel is what keeps you going.
5. What would you say to someone thinking about joining the Strength Agenda?
There’s a great mix of coaches to support everyone’s health and fitness goals.
Everyone is supportive, and because it’s a small boutique gym, you feel part of a community.
You’ll be in good hands.
6. Something people would be surprised to know about you?
I’m older than I look! And that I hate cooking. So it’s lucky my husband loves it and is a healthy cook. Am also a cat lover and neat freak!
